What are your hours?

I work M-F and have morning to late afternoon appointments available.

What is the age range for your practice?

I work with 3rd-5th graders, middle and high school students, and college students.

Do you provide in-person or telehealth services?

At this time, I provide in-person services only.

Do you take insurance?

I participate with most health plans.  Please contact me or your health plan to determine if I am a participating provider.
